Location: Lewisham, London
We are seeking an experienced Inclusive Learning Assistant to join our team and support a child with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child and develop your skills and expertise.
The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and experience working with children with SEMH needs. They will work closely with the child on a 1:1 and small group basis to help them achieve their full potential.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum. The school is located in the heart of Lewisham, London, and offers a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support a child in Year 1 with SEMH needs
- Work with the child on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Help the child develop their social, emotional, and academic skills
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to ensure effective support
- Maintain accurate records of progress and development
Requirements:
