SENCO: Cultivating Inclusive Learning Environments

About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified teacher with experience in supporting pupils with SEND. As SENDCO, you will work closely with the SLT to develop strategies to meet the needs of our students. Your expertise will help us to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking, high-achieving school where they can contribute to the wider improvement of the school. They will be responsible for leading staff in best practice and developing strategies to support pupils with SEND.
What We OfferIn this role, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students. Our school is committed to safeguarding and protecting the wellbeing of children and young people. An estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
