Mastclimbing Solutions Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Mastclimbing Solutions Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling mastclimbing solutions to main contractors, sub-contractors, and other specialist sub-contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving a target turnover of circa £2.5m on their territory within a specific timeframe. Order values will range from £100k-£200k, and the role will involve working on predominantly high-rise commercial projects such as office blocks, mixed-use hotel/residential towers, hotels, and student accommodation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Selling mastclimbing solutions to main contractors, sub-contractors, facade contractors, civil contractors, civil engineering companies, and other specialist sub-contractors.
  • Working closely with the National Sales Manager and internal team to achieve sales targets.
  • Liaising with clients on construction sites to understand their needs and provide solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience selling mastclimbing solutions or similar products.
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry and its players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission giving OTE £70,000 - £80,000. Benefits include company car or car allowance + full benefits.
