Job Description:

This role involves leading workforce planning and transformation for major projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with senior management, clinical colleagues, and other staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant subject plus further training or experience to Master's level
  • Evidence of continuing professional development
  • Member status of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or equivalent professional, accredited recognised body
  • Recent management experience in the NHS
  • Experience of delivering strategic objectives for a diverse and complex department

Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
