We offer a competitive salary range of £18,000-£25,000 based on experience. This role involves working 40 hours a week with normal office hours between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties to ensure office efficiency and productivity.
  • Responding to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, redirecting as necessary.
  • Producing Management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Conducting internal audits to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Preparing for and assisting with external audits to ensure seamless processes.
  • Supporting pre-employment checks to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Updating the Employee Training Matrix to enhance knowledge sharing and development.
  • Assisting with New Starter Inductions to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Providing Engineers with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Uniforms as required.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Strong admin skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
  • Able to utilize own transport due to limited public transport options at this location.
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
