HR Operations Coordinator

We offer a competitive salary range of £18,000-£25,000 based on experience. This role involves working 40 hours a week with normal office hours between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration duties to ensure office efficiency and productivity.
- Responding to incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, redirecting as necessary.
- Producing Management reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Conducting internal audits to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Preparing for and assisting with external audits to ensure seamless processes.
- Supporting pre-employment checks to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Updating the Employee Training Matrix to enhance knowledge sharing and development.
- Assisting with New Starter Inductions to ensure a smooth transition.
- Providing Engineers with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Uniforms as required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong admin skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
- Able to utilize own transport due to limited public transport options at this location.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
