We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team at Motorsport-Total GmbH.

About the Role

This is a 12 month fixed-term contract role, starting in April 2025. As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing commercial relationships with our partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Internal ambassador and champion for all partners with other commercial departments such as race promotion, hospitality, and marketing.
  • Devise and deliver a world-class account management strategy, which is data-driven and results-oriented.
  • Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders including brands and agencies.

You will also have the opportunity to host partners and their guests at track and support in delivering a high-quality hospitality programme.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role either brand or rights holder side, with a strong understanding of brand storytelling, performance-driven mindset, and commercially-minded approach.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
