The Change Partners is a global talent specialist that works with iconic consumer electronics brands to bring in top-tier professionals.

We are currently seeking a Senior Partnership Strategist to join our Partnerships team, working closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to deliver new propositions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiation and commercialization of TV partnerships, including contract management and strategy development. They will work closely with partners such as Netflix and Amazon, ensuring commercial terms are in line with TV app revenues and end-to-end growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strategy and formulating terms for new commercial partnerships
  • Owning responsibility for contract management for TV platform partnerships
  • Working closely with commercial, legal, sales, and business development teams for new contracts

We are looking for a professional with at least 2-3 years of experience in commercial partnerships, strong experience in contract negotiation, and a background in managing partnerships within TV, Media, Loyalty, or similar.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
