Mental Health Support Worker

About the Job:
As a Substance Misuse Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to young people who misuse substances in Plymouth. This role requires a deep understanding of substance misuse and its effects on young people, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around £67,000 - £74,400, based on 37 hours per week, £18-20ph + VAT. We also offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development, and a supportive work environment that values teamwork and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individually tailored intervention plans for young people who misuse substances.
- Work closely with young people, their families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support services.
- Collaborate with the YOT Team to identify and address substance use issues among young people.
