**Job Title:** Mental Health Liaison Worker for Children and Young People

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Liaison Worker to join our CAMHS Early Help Pathway team. As a key member of our team, you will support the emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing of children and young people, promoting resilience and early intervention in our community.

**Key Responsibilities:** The successful candidate will work as a named Early Help liaison practitioner, linking with other services, families, and schools. They will coordinate assessment and targeted intervention, provide consultation to families and professionals, and coordinate training to community professionals and schools.

**Requirements:** A minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience of working with children & young people within mental health or equivalent with a professional registration is required. Strong mental health and risk assessment, evaluation, and intervention skills are essential.
