The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Children and Young People Operations Manager to oversee the front office daily activities. As a key member of our team, you'll ensure quality customer service to in-person and remote patients and clinicians. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a positive work environment
  • Conducting schedule prep process
  • General office duties
  • Communicating with peers, clinicians, and patients

You'll also provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk responsibilities, and support patients and clinicians as needed. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
