Residential Care Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager to join our team in Plymouth, working closely with children and young people who have experienced challenging circumstances.
Main Responsibilities:
- To assist the manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the statement of purpose.
- To deputise in the absence of the registered manager.
- To support and manage staff to meet the needs of the children and young people.
- To undertake direct work with children and young people as appropriate.
- To be the responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints.
- To work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for young people.
About the Role:
This role requires at least 3 years' experience in Residential Children's Care, including supervisory experience. You will be a qualified Diploma 3 in Residential Childcare holder or equivalent, and currently hold a full driving license.
