We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Hartford Care. As a Residential Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the shift team, supervising staff members, and promoting a caring atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care and support to residents during the day
- Supervise and lead the shift team
- Maintain accurate records and activity logs
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents
- Ensure a safe and clean environment
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care
- Completed an L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours
This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The estimated salary for this role is £31,500 - £35,000 per annum.
