Job Overview

We are recruiting for a highly dedicated and empathetic Care Support Worker to join our team at Five Rivers Child Care Ltd in Plymouth, Devon. Our residential home is designed for young people aged 16+, providing a supportive living environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in teaching and guiding our young people towards independent living. This includes supporting them with school and college work, planning activities, and implementing trauma-informed practices. As a member of our team, you will be part of a collaborative environment that prioritizes personal development and career growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young people. With a minimum Level 3 or Equivalent in Residential Child Care, you will possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this position.
