We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Support Worker to join our team at Proud to Care Devon. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with individuals who require personal care and assistance in their daily lives.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality care and support, promoting independence and confidence in our clients. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver person-centred care, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Daily Living Tasks: Assist with personal care, household chores, and other tasks to enable individuals to live independently.
- Companionship and Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and companionship to promote a high quality of life.
- Goal-Oriented Support: Support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and confidence.
We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus benefits and opportunities for professional development. This role requires flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
