**Job Summary:**

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years. You will hold a Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce, with a strong focus on personal and professional development. We offer ongoing training and support, working towards Level 5 Leadership and Management, to help you grow in your career.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Managing a team of Residential Child Care Workers
  • Providing holistic support to young people with adverse childhood experiences and trauma
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for young people
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years
  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce
