As a Theatre Manager - Youth Programme Specialist at Cloud Online Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver high-quality theatre programmes for young people in collaboration with our team of experts.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team, who has a proven track record of delivering projects on budget and within deadlines. The successful candidate will have substantial experience of developing and delivering youth theatre offers, as well as experience of working effectively with young people, building relationships with teachers, and Head Teachers in schools.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work in a self-directed way, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also have excellent project management and organisational skills, as well as a good working knowledge of school culture and the education system.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including 28 days holiday per year, a contributory pension scheme, and great ticket offers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to create and deliver a programme of high-quality projects for young people and the wider community that foster a lifelong love of theatre and support pathways.
You will also be responsible for leading on the operational management of a number of projects, including creating partnership agreements, resource management, and ensuring the safety of participants.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and embedding inclusive practice, championing accessibility throughout the young people's programme
- Leading on the Practitioner Training Scheme in close collaboration with the Head of Artistic Planning, Projects, Associate Directors, and other Project Managers
- Providing effective and proactive line management for staff, as required
- Maintaining and developing artistic and facilitation practice through active delivery of workshops and performance opportunities
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in all departments, as appropriate, across the organisation to ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes to projects and activity
