About the Role

Working closely with experienced healthcare professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of theatre operations, maintaining patient safety, and promoting a positive work environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure accurate patient documentation is maintained at all times, with due regard for legal aspects, confidentiality, and management of information requirements.
  2. Actively participate and assist in clinical audit and research programmes and promote proven research-based practice, which is clinically effective.
  3. Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the service.
  4. Develop and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to Trust and Directorate policies and procedures, the NMC/HPC codes of Professional conduct, and other statutory requirements.

Salary:£50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
