Key Responsibilities

  2. Assist the surgical team during Cardiac and Thoracic surgery, maintaining accurate patient documentation.">
  3. Oversee the correct labelling, handling, and transportation of patient specimens according to Trust policy.">
  4. Supervise staff and monitor adherence to policies and procedures, contributing to the effective management of the clinical area.">
  5. Promote evidence-based practice through active participation in clinical audit and research programmes.">
  6. Maintain ongoing professional development to ensure continued competence in your role.">

Requirements

  • Registration with the NMC/HPC as a RN/ODP/Practitioner.">
  • Proven experience within the healthcare environment or equivalent.">
  • Ongoing commitment to Continual Professional Development (CPD).">

Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, this role offers opportunities for career growth and development within a reputable NHS trust.
