Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat major trauma patients in various settings, including cardiothoracic, neurosurgical, and emergency departments.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies.
Requirements:
- Broad postgraduate clinical experience in neurology, acute respiratory, trauma, and orthopaedics/frailty.
- Proven evidence of contribution to clinical education/supervision of less experienced staff, students, or assistants.
- Knowledge of current NHS and health issues related to trauma care.
