Join Our Team as a Youth Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our team in Somerset. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to young people with varying levels of social/emotional/mental health needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the daily well-being of our residents, promoting their independence, and encouraging them to reach their full potential. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with each individual, supporting their education and personal growth, and facilitating a safe and nurturing environment.

You will work closely with colleagues to create a positive and supportive community, where every young person feels valued, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their lives.

What We Offer

As a Youth Care Specialist with The Cambian Group, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £24,793 - £26,083 per annum (equivalent to £11.92 - £12.54 per hour)
  • 224 hours (5.6 weeks) of annual leave
