About the Job:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a residential care setting, prioritizing care quality and resident well-being.

  • Build trusting relationships with families, social workers, and other external partners.

About You:

  • You will bring significant experience in residential childcare, ideally as a Deputy Manager.
  • A minimum of an NVQ Level 3 (Children and Young People), with a commitment to completing a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with EBD, coupled with robust safeguarding skills.

The salary for this role is £42,500 - £47,500 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
