We are searching for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to take charge of our residential care home near Plymouth, catering to the needs of young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This is a unique opportunity to lead a small but vibrant team, driving excellence in care delivery and promoting positive outcomes for residents.

About the Role:

  • Directly manage a team of carers to ensure the highest standard of care and support.
  • Develop personalized care plans that respond to each young person's evolving needs.
  • Maintain close ties with family members, local authorities, and other stakeholders to create a seamless support network.

About You:

  • You will possess substantial experience working within residential childcare settings, preferably as a Deputy Manager.
  • An NVQ Level 3 (Children and Young People) qualification, with a commitment to achieving a Level 5 degree in Leadership and Management.
  • A sincere interest in helping young people overcome challenges associated with EBD, while demonstrating excellent safeguarding knowledge.

The annual salary for this position ranges from £48,000 to £52,500, taking into account your background and qualifications.
