About the Position

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of a solo EBD residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance with Ofsted regulations.

You will provide leadership and support to your team, fostering a positive and nurturing environment, and develop care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting the best possible outcomes for the young person.

Approximately £35,000 - £45,000 per annum salary package available for this challenging yet rewarding leadership role.
