Main Responsibilities

This role is for a Mental Health Practitioner to provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services for young people accessing the Young People Substance Misuse Treatment Service in Plymouth.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the client and their families/carers to provide a pathway between CAMHS and the Young People Substance Misuse Treatment Service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new and challenging role, providing mental health services to children and young people with complex needs.

The post will be located within a team that provides clinical supervision and support, and the post holder will receive caseload/line management from CAMHS.

This is a permanent post, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a new and exciting role while maintaining a permanent position within CAMHS.
