Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Bank Staff Nurse to join our care team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the care and well-being of individuals with mental health/learning disabilities and/or autism. Your expertise in care planning, report writing, and shift leadership will be essential in ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing medication and developing care plans.
- Leading the care team and supporting support workers.
- Writing reports and contributing to ongoing care assessments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- RGN or RNLD qualification.
- NMC registration.
- Able to work on a shift rota, including nights.
- Experience working with individuals with mental health/learning disabilities and/or autism.
What We Offer
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £25-30 per hour, depending on experience. Other benefits include up to 28 days' holiday, free DBS checks, stakeholder pension, and access to online courses for career development. Successful candidates will also be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment.
