Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health needs
  • Create personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Administer medication and monitor patient response
  • Provide therapy and counseling to patients
  • Support patients in managing their mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:
  • Active RMN registration with the NMC
  • Strong understanding of mental health theory and practice
  • Experience in providing therapeutic interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
