About the Team

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are part of a multi-disciplinary team offering psycho-social interventions, such as anxiety management and exposure work.

The ideal candidate will have experience of team working, working with people with mental health problems, and breakaway and conflict resolution skills.

You will be working with a caseload of clients with complex needs, requiring good telephone manner, practical life skills, and self-awareness.

Key qualifications include 5 GCSEs or equivalent, NVQ III in Mental Health, and commitment to further education.

Able to travel across Plymouth, subject to Disclosure and Barring Service Check, with a requirement for a submission for Disclosure to check for previous criminal convictions.
