About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Professional to join our team as a Community Care Worker Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with individuals and groups to deliver specialist mental health interventions, providing recovery-focused care in line with Recovery and Trauma Informed Principles.

As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will co-design plans of care with service users, their carers, and other professionals, maintaining accurate clinical records and participating in mandatory training and line management supervision. You will also contribute to the maintenance of a positive learning environment for students and a psychologically safe space for team members.
