About the Role:

We Do Group is seeking an experienced International Compensation Manager to develop and execute a global compensation strategy, including governance, procedural, and technological roadmaps.

The successful candidate will streamline processes and drive compliance through the adoption of an optimised payroll model, overseeing end-to-end global payroll operations, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
