Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Southern England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts, as well as bringing on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing accounts to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Southern England region
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers within the customer database
- Deliver product presentations to help achieve sales
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve regional sales targets
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a product sales environment
- Ability to work from home and spend time away from home on business, usually about one day every two weeks
- Experience of sales to public sector/local government or industrial/commercial accounts
- Familiarity with selling products, understanding the features and benefits of products sold, and adapting sales techniques to secure business
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills to enable a successful sales career working from home and managing a relatively large region
