Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

At Frasers Group, we're seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Support the planning and implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement action plans to address sales and customer service gaps, ensuring the store meets or exceeds targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
