Age UK is recruiting With over 250 locations across the UK, our stores raise funds for some of the incredible services and support provided by the charity.

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our fantastic Fareham team.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support our Store Manager in all aspects of the business, guiding and supporting our valued team of Sales Assistants and volunteers while ensuring customers receive an exemplary shop experience.

You will have the ability to work collaboratively and consultatively with the Shop Manager, lead a team of volunteers and staff, and delegate and coach staff.

Additionally, you will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage time under conflicting priorities, and IT literacy and numeracy skills.
