About the Role

As an Assistant Manager at Boots Opticians, you will leverage your experience to lead and inspire your team to achieve retail excellence and deliver exceptional customer and patient experiences. Our stores offer a broad customer offering across retail and optometry, and with your leadership and passion, you will work with the Store Manager/Hub Store Manager to drive business growth and improvement.

Working closely with your store team, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform. Your store will engage with the community and the wider business to develop and deliver focused store-specific strategies that optimize patient care and profitability.

You will work in-store, reporting to a Store Manager/Hub Store Manager.

What You'll Need to Have

• Experience leading within a retail environment

• Experience working within a clinical or optical environment
