About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Construction Territory Manager to join our team at Integra Outsourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our leading range of roofline building materials across East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties.

You will be account managing and developing relationships with established portfolio of builders merchants and specialist distributors. Strengthening relationships to increase brand awareness and commitment, delivering product training, conducting trade days, and carrying out dual visits.

You will also track and win projects with regional house builders, local developers, housing associations, and contractors.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will already have field sales experience within or around the construction industry. A company with many recognised brands within their portfolio is essential.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of circa £45k basic, with a £7,500 OTE (On-Target Earnings). You will also receive 25 days holiday, hybrid company car, 6% company pension, subsidised gym membership, expenses account, laptop & mobile.
