Residential Childcare Specialist

Shaw Trust, a leading charity in the UK, is seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Specialist to join our team in Mansfield, Nottingham. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in directing roles and responsibilities to support workers and ensuring the monitoring of children and young people's behavior, safety, and well-being.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: £27,785.00 per annum (inclusive of attendance allowance and sleep-in duties)
- Location: Mansfield, Nottingham
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with children and young people in a residential setting, a QCF Level 3 or equivalent qualification, and a full UK driving license. They will be required to work a shift pattern including sleep-in duties and overtime.
