Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to young people in our residential homes
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and best outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., childcare, youth work, social work)
- Proven experience in residential childcare or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
