Job Title: Senior Support Worker - Mansfield

Location: Mansfield, Nottingham

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Salary: £29,185.56 per annum (Inclusive of your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum and 1 sleep-in per week at £44.56 each)

About the Role:

In our residential home in Mansfield, Nottingham, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Support Worker to join our management team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Residential Childcare and be able to direct roles and responsibilities to support workers effectively.

This includes ensuring that children and young people's behaviour, safety, and well-being are consistently monitored and supported.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Directing roles and responsibilities to support workers to ensure high-quality care delivery
  2. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children and young people
Essential Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience in residential childcare settings
  • Hold a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification or equivalent
  • A commitment to working varied shift patterns, including sleep-ins and overtime when required
  • A valid full UK driving licence
