About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Churchill Living (Developments) PLC. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy and ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial application to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel
