About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and expanding team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to ensure our continual growth and success.

As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee the entire recruitment process for various positions within our organization. This includes collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing job offers.

We prioritize providing an exceptional candidate experience, and you will be instrumental in training hiring managers to achieve this goal while making informed hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with hiring managers to discuss job requirements and establish recruitment timelines
  • Create compelling job advertisements for multiple platforms
  • Review resumes and screen candidates to identify top prospects
  • Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Manage job offers through our applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with our marketing team on recruitment campaigns
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance the hiring process

About You

The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment. Whether you come from an agency or in-house background, your proactive approach to talent acquisition and dedication to providing a positive candidate experience will set you apart.

You should be proficient in advertising roles, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring managers in decision-making.

Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously, preferably in a high-volume recruitment setting, is advantageous.
