About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to join our vibrant and growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in sourcing and securing exceptional talent to support our ongoing development and achievements.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within our organization. This includes working closely with hiring leaders, conducting candidate assessments, and facilitating job offers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with hiring leaders to clarify job specifications and set recruitment timelines
- Crafting engaging job postings for diverse platforms
- Evaluating resumes and screening applicants to pinpoint top candidates
- Fostering relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Overseeing job offers through our applicant tracking system
- Collaborating with the marketing team on recruitment initiatives
- Assessing recruitment metrics to refine the hiring process
About You
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in recruitment within a dynamic environment. Whether your background is in agency recruitment or in-house talent acquisition, your proactive mindset and commitment to enhancing the candidate experience will distinguish you.
You should be adept at job advertising, candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring leaders in their decision-making processes.
Experience managing multiple vacancies concurrently, particularly in a high-volume recruitment context, is beneficial.
