We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Churchill Living (Developments) PLC, a dynamic and ambitious company in the UK retirement house building sector. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering the People plan and providing HR support to Managers and Colleagues across the Company.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to Managers and Colleagues on employment-related matters and people issues.
- Ensure all probationary reviews and 121s are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, providing guidance to Managers as needed.
- Support the recruitment team and Managers with interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Coordinate our peer recognition program.
- Work with HR Business Partners to undertake job evaluations and salary benchmarking.
- Conduct all exit interviews, providing analysis of trends.
- Conduct all new starter surveys to ensure our new Colleagues are receiving an effective induction to the Company.
- Collate MI information from our internal HR system and provide data, highlighting themes identified.
- Prepare key HR data/metrics, including staff retention, diversity data, absence, and best company data.
- Conduct job evaluations, including benchmark data, and ensure that all information relating to current roles is up-to-date, including job descriptions and benefit schedules.
- Review and draft policies, ensuring that all of our policies are fit for purpose and support our commitment to equality and diversity.
We are looking for a passionate HR Advisor with previous experience in HR, ideally holding a CIPD Level 3 certificate or currently studying towards their qualification. You will be confident operating HR systems, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices. You will be an effective communicator, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
