We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our close-knit team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our Managers and Colleagues with a variety of HR-related activities to drive our people agenda.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to Managers and Colleagues on Employee Relations and people-related matters.
- Ensure all probationary reviews and 1:1s are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, providing support to Managers as needed.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and Managers to deliver successful interviews and assessments.
- Conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to Managers, and analyze trends to inform the wider HR team.
- Administer our Colleague benefits, including private medical insurance, health screening, and eye care voucher schemes.
- Drive continuous improvement of our people processes and ensure alignment with our company values: TORCH (Trust, Openness, Respect, Communication, and Honesty).
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with a sound knowledge of Employee Relations, Employment law, and HR systems and processes. You will be an effective communicator with professional written and verbal skills, and a proven track record of using the MS Office suite. You will be resourceful, approachable, diligent, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for delivering a high-quality HR service.
