About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Recruiter to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring we attract and engage the best talent in the market to drive our continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for multiple roles across the company, from initial vacancy brief to offer process.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Source and screen candidates, ensuring the best talent is presented to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain rapport with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Process job offers via our ATS system.
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing team on website and social media campaigns to promote job vacancies.
  • Review metrics to improve the recruitment process, including quality of hire, time to offer, and direct hire rate.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment within a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to take a proactive approach to engaging talent and providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with ease.
  • Confidence in advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening CVs, and performing telephone interviews.
  • Experience of working on multiple vacancies of the same type, with a volume-based recruitment background being advantageous.
