About the Role

We are seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in attracting and engaging top talent to support our business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across the company, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. This will involve coordinating with hiring managers, drafting engaging job adverts, sifting CVs, and conducting interviews to identify the best candidates.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will work closely with our internal marketing team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial vacancy brief to offer stage
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Screen CVs and conduct interviews to identify the best candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to provide an exceptional experience
  • Work closely with the internal marketing team to develop and implement recruitment strategies
About You

We are looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter who is passionate about recruitment and has a proven track record of success. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with ease. You will also be confident in advertising vacancies, talent pooling, and screening CVs to assess suitability.

Previous experience in recruitment within a fast-paced environment is essential, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to work independently. You will also have experience of working on multiple vacancies of the same type, with a focus on volume-based recruitment.
