As a Land Buyer, you will be responsible for investigating opportunities, identifying potential sites, and negotiating deals with landowners. You will work closely with our in-house team of experts, including Architects, Planners, and Technical specialists, to ensure that all sites meet our customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities- Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and targeted marketing
- Identify potential sites and conduct desktop research, data analysis, and site appraisals
- Negotiate deals with landowners and manage the offer and negotiation process
- Work with the Land Director and wider team to formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a genuine passion for land acquisition and development. You will have previous experience in land buying within the property sector, but this does not need to be within residential. You will be a confident and competent driver with a valid UK driver's license.
