We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring high-quality sites for our developments.

As a Land Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and targeted marketing
  • Desktop research, data analysis, and utilizing Land Insight to identify potential sites
  • Carrying out site appraisals, creating reports, and proposals to support the offer and negotiation process
  • Working with our Land Director and wider team to formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region

You will have a genuine passion for land acquisition and development, and be keen to build your skills, knowledge, and experience. Previous Land Buying experience within the property sector is essential, but we also welcome applications from those with a background in land acquisition from the commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors.
