Apprentice Land Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Land team as an Apprentice Land Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in land acquisition and development, working closely with our experienced Land Buyers and Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research on potential land opportunities, identifying suitable sites for development.
- Collaborate with Land Buyers and Manager to visit target towns, meet with landowners and agents, and explore the viability of sites.
- Assist with site appraisals and valuations, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the land acquisition process, from initial identification to contract exchange and legal completion.
- A comprehensive understanding of the land acquisition process and the skills to succeed in this field.
- Hands-on experience working with our experienced Land Buyers and Manager.
- The opportunity to develop strong relationships with landowners, agents, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- A recognized qualification in Surveying Technician, BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- A basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A willingness to learn and develop, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
