About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our Land team in Ringwood as an Apprentice Land Buyer. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in land acquisition and work closely with our experienced Land Buyers and Manager.

As an Apprentice Land Buyer, you will be responsible for researching towns, identifying suitable land opportunities, and assisting with site appraisals and valuations. You will also have the opportunity to work with our Commercial, Design, Technical, and Construction Departments to develop your knowledge of construction and provide the skills you will need to succeed in your career.

This apprenticeship includes working towards a Surveying Technician Level 3 qualification and a BTEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to further your studies with an HNC or Degree apprenticeship in Real Estate Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Researching towns and identifying suitable land opportunities
  • Assisting with site appraisals and valuations
  • Working with our Commercial, Design, Technical, and Construction Departments
  • Developing your knowledge of construction and providing the skills you will need to succeed in your career
