We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Buyer to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring high-quality development sites to support our business growth strategy.
As a Land Buyer, you will be responsible for investigating opportunities, identifying potential sites, and negotiating deals to secure the best possible outcomes for our business. You will work closely with our in-house team of experts, including Architects, Planners, Technical, Legal, Commercial, and Construction teams, to create offers efficiently and effectively.
Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for land acquisition and development, with a strong understanding of the property sector and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders. You will be a confident and competent driver, with a valid UK driver's licence, and be comfortable spending a large proportion of your time out of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and identify potential sites for development
- Negotiate deals to secure the best possible outcomes for our business
- Work closely with our in-house team of experts to create offers efficiently and effectively
- Manage the offer and negotiation process to ensure successful site acquisition
- Contribute to the development of our land acquisition strategy and provide input on site selection and evaluation
