We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our Land team, you will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring high-quality sites for our developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate opportunities through an extensive network of contacts and industry relationships
- Identify sites directly through targeted marketing and research
- Conduct desktop research, data analysis, and utilize industry tools to evaluate site potential
- Visit target towns and conduct site appraisals to assess site suitability
- Manage the offer and negotiation process to secure sites for our developments
- Work closely with our Land Director and wider team to formulate the land acquisition strategy for the region
About You
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a genuine passion for land acquisition and development. You will have previous experience in land buying within the property sector, although this can be from a variety of backgrounds, including commercial, retail, and hospitality. You will be a confident and competent driver with a valid UK driver's license, as you will be spending a significant amount of time out of the office.
